- Any Year 8 - Year 12 pupil given permission to leave school (for specialist medical or dental appointments only) must be signed out by their Year Head/Head of Key Stage AND must be collected at school by a parent/guardian.
- On collection the parent/guardian is asked to sign the Out Book.
- An 'Out Pass' is then issued to the relevant pupil.
- Sixth Formers are permitted to leave school on collection of their 'Out Pass' providing their Year Head has given permission for them to leave school and signed the Out Book.
- Any pupil out of school during the school day must be in receipt of an 'Out Pass' and will receive an appropriate sanction on failure to comply.
