Mrs D Hegarty and the Year 13 Food Development Team

As a result of the project these Year 13 Pupils have achieved a CREST Gold Award for their project work researching and designing two new fillings for flat mushrooms. They completed a three month project with a local food company, Unimush Ireland and made their final presentation to assessors at Loughry College, Cookstown on Monday 8th June 2009. Well done to the whole team.
