There are two groups from Saint Catherine’s College, Armagh taking part in the BBC Schools’ Report and their work will be available for broadcast on March 13th. English teacher, Ms. Martina Garry took some Year 9 students for an after-school Media Group and incorporated the School Report project into the class. Irish teacher, Conall Martin also led his class in their involvement in School Report and their work will be broadcast through the medium of Irish. Saint Catherine’s College Media Group work with BBC Political Correspondent, Martina Purdy to brush up on their interviewing skills ahead of their news broadcast for the BBC Schools’ Report, which will be available to view on the school website and the BBC website from the 13th March. www.stcatherinesarmagh.com As part of their involvement in the BBC Schools’ Report Project, Saint Catherine’s College Media Group interview Seamus Mallon on Life in Post-Peace Northern Ireland.
