Saint Catherine’s College has once again been recognised in the LGFA Ulster Schools All-Star line-up, with an award for Eimear McGeown, the current captain of the school's U20 football team. This talented Sixth Form pupil powered through the competitive trials process and emerged victorious, earning the prestigious All-Star title. Eimear has an Ulster Schools medal in her possession, as well as a host of achievements with her club, Wolfe Tones. The highlight of her club's accomplishments was winning the club's first ladies’ league title. Eimear continues to represent her county in football and has won two Armagh LGFA Club All-Star awards for midfield in 2022 and 2023.
